Do all the Girl Scout cookies get delivered at the same time? We just got ours a couple of days ago, too.
Thanks for the reminder—I keep the mint chocolate chip ones in the freezer, and I’ll take some out for dessert after lunch today.

Yeah, that’s what they are, thin mints. I don’t know why I said “mint chocolate chip” in my first comment. (Well, they are mint and chocolate, and I love “mint chocolate chip” ice cream, so my brain associates all those, I guess...)
We also got some called “Trefoils Old Fashioned Shortbread” this year, which I’m eating right now. Yummy.
