Today’s blogger for The 40 Day Fast is Licia. She and her family run a child rescue center and medical clinic in Haiti.

I’ve been reading her blog for several months and it has quickly become my absolute favorite. No other blog has challenged me or moved me more.

If I could only look at one website a day - this would be it.

i couldn’t agree more.  my wife and i have been reading their blog for quite a while now and find ourselves being challenged on how we view life...our life...our rich lives in comparison to the rest of the world (though our savings is small).  God, through licia and lori, is challenging us to see the world more clearly through His eyes.  may God continue to break us and make clear how we can sacrifice more. 

p.s. today i have discovered the 40 day fast...i praise God for your heart.  continue to pray for people like me who are just now investigating the fast and figuring out how we can jump in.
