In case you don’t read my music blog, here’s today’s FREE music post:
JJ Heller is an acoustic singer songwriter hailing from Nashville Tennessee (shocking, no?).
With her husband Dave as her guitartist and business manager, JJ travels the country sharing her thought provoking songs. You can download her song Love Me from her myspace page.
If you like what you hear, check out the JJ Heller website and her video journals. She and her husband document the life of traveling musicians in their bi-monthly video podcasts.

Yes, she has a very emotive voice. I was so excited to see that she was offering this song for free.
I’m glad you enjoy it as well, Steven.

"emotive” - nice wording
I’ve yet to check it out, as work blocks MySpace and I’ve not had time at home.

I just downloaded two of her albums. I love it. I can’t get enough of her voice.

JJ and Dave moved to Nashville a little after I did, and they played a small show with Matthew Perryman Jones and Andrew Osenga the week they moved here where I first heard them.
“Small” is my favorite song of theirs, and JJ told me it’s the one that has received the most comments. It will be on their next album, but the demo is on their myspace page.
