Music Monday: The Late Edition

(This post is a part of Music Monday.)

My joy is complete.

Amy Grant has a real blog. With comments, a feed and everything.

Oh happy day.

It’s so cool to see artists join the blogging world. Brody didn’t set up Amy’s blog, but I think he’s making people take notice.

Who’s your favorite artist-blogger?

(She’s going to be in concert in Ft. Worth on Nov. 14th. I’m thinking of going. Anyone else going?)

I love Amy Grant – thanks for the heads up. She was my first concert!

Mrs. E and I have our tickets.  We’ll be there with all the other Becky’s.

I’ve been hitting a fair number of concerts lately – Mrs. E has really let me out of the house for some good ones.  Time to pay her back with one she wants.

You know, after you mentioned The Woodlands show the other day, I looked at the tour dates online and somehow missed the Ft. Worth date.

Now I just need to find a friend willing to drive up with me and spend the $$ for the tickets.

Have fun E!

I love Amy Grant too! Thanks for letting us know about her blog. I wish I was going to the Amy Grant concert (I live about an hour and half away from Ft. Worth), I’m still bitter about missing the Art Music Justice tour when they were in the metroplex last week.

Kara, the AMJ tour was great! (Not to rub it in or anything.) It was really a well put together experience, melding all the artists together (they all play together throughout the show) and mixing in the messages about people in need with photos of these people and with scripture reading (Charlie Peacock spent about ten minutes basically just reading a few scriptures).

Kat, hope you find a friend.  Or a baby sitter so Jimmy can be your friend.

Um..Shaun Groves, hands down.  To be honest, I had never read a Shlog, I mean blog until I met Shaun and Brian in July, 2006.  Of course, I’ve been hooked ever since.  Also, Brody had helped Joy Whitlock, Fee, and MercyMe in particular have blogs that I greatly enjoy reading.  Mark Lee (Third Day) and Jeremy Thiessen (Downhere) are my other favorites.

Wow! Amy Grant’s music had a huge impact on me in my early years as a christian.

Amy Grant’s Lead Me On Tour was the first concert I ever attended.
