Mrs. E fully ascribes to the theory that they are still babies as long as they sleep with their butts in the air. And since she caught Lil’E doing that the other night, she feels she can still call our five-year old girl her “baby”. It makes her feel good.

This is adorable. It’s also what almost every nativity set in Peru has the baby Jesus sleeping in the manger like – only Jesus is, well, butt naked.

I have a 16 year old. Believe me, they’re not nearly that cute at 16. Better enjoy it while you can.

This blog keeps taking me back…(insert tears here)
My 15 1/2 year old, 6’2” baby boy sat in my lap the other day…it’s just not the same! But at 1 or 16, when they’re sleeping, they look amazingly angelic.

And BTW, 33 not a big deal. Bigger numbers are too follow, having a little issue with turning 37 this year. Don’t really want to talk about it.
