Faith According to ESPN

I love watching sports. The conflict. The drama.

One thing I’ve noticed about great athletes is that they have a wonderful ability to live in the present.

It’s impossible to be a great athlete by doing anything but living in the moment.

Past losses or wins have no affect on the game today.

If they wallow in the agony of past defeats or if they ride on the glory of past successes, they won’t win the game today.

It’s easier to wallow. It’s easier to glory.

May I be found running.

Thats a really great perspective.  I have such a hard time living in the present.

Maybe I should take up some kind of sport.
