Christmas Is Not Your Birthday
The Background
I recently ran across a great site called CoolPeopleCare.org. I signed up for the newsletter and every morning I get a short and meaningful email with 1 quick tip on how to make a difference.
The Idea
Well, over the holiday season they run a series on Mondays entitled, ”Christmas Is Not Your Birthday” I thought that title was absolutely brilliant, so I contacted Sam Davidson, the founder of CoolPeopleCare, and proposed that we create a simple t-shirt with that phrase and sell them to raise money for charity.
He agreed.
The Shirt
Here’s the shirt (note that the text has been enlarged so that you can read it better. The actual text on the shirt is a bit smaller. You’ll see the actual size when you place your order.):
Yes. It’s simple. I’m not a fashion designer so I wasn’t going to pretend, but I think the phrase is pretty stinkin’ cool all by itself.
The Benefits
Anyway, Jimmy and I have already ordered our shirts (cause we like to be all matchy-matchy) and I hope you’ll order yours too so that you can:
- raise money for charity
- be a visible reminder to others that Christmas isn’t all about us
- have a cool shirt
All for $14.99. And if you order now, we’ll throw in a set of ginsu knives.
Ok. Maybe not. It’s still a great deal, though.
