If I Had Three Hands…
I’d blog more.
During the course of my day I find ample opportunity to think of fun or interesting things to blog about, but finding time when I have two hands free to actually type those thoughts is very rare.
Here are some things I’d like more time to write about:
My church – I have a number of really great posts I’d like to write about in the Why I Love My Church Series. One cool thing is that my pastor is currently doing a series on giving and this Sunday the elders felt like that they should give $20,000 from our offering to five other churches in our neighborhood. Our pastor shared that info during his sermon and one of the wives of one of the pastors of one of the five churches happened to be in the service (her church meets in the evenings). After the service she talked with our pastor and tearfully thanked him and told him that they were having some financial struggles and this money would be a huge blessing to their congregation.
Being faithful in little - This is something I’ve been thinking a lot about lately and that I’m really trying to walk out in my life. This season of my life is certainly not glamorous but I really want to learn to embrace it and be faithful in every task and responsiblity that is before me.
Bluetooth headsets – These are a pet peeve of mine. Please….take it off if you’re not on the phone. It’s not cool.
Well, that’s about all the time I have right now to post. Hopefully, I’ll be able to expound on some of those thoughts soon…when I grow that third hand.

Those bluetooth things? ARGH! We actually had a waiter a few weeks ago at a restaurant that was talking on his bluetooth thing when he walked up to take our order, told the person on the other end to hold on, and proceeded to take our order!
Can you believe that?!?! The look on my face had to be hilarious, but it didn’t seem to phase him. He walked away from our table after taking our order, and continued his conversation.

The bluetooth waiter! That is so wrong. I agree, people, take ‘em off. You look like idiots.

I think the headsets are the new fannypacks.

Cristy,
Wow. That’s bad. I imagine your tip reflected his service.
Seth,
That’s hilarious…and true!
